Don't bother staying here. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I wouldn't even classify it at that.
I'm surprised Expedia would include this within their system. The place was outdated and dirty, carpet wasn't clean and the comforter had weird I don't know what sort of stains.
On check-in the girl seemed fine. We went to our room and was just amazed at how bad it was. We out to explore the city and when we returned, the second reception person was downright rude.
The bed was uncomfortable, and the blanket on the bed was as bad as the comforter.
I had booked this hotel for three nights and left after the first one. The hotel would refund us the money and had Expedia call. After 5 long distance calls and the receptionist playing dumb on the phone, I was able to get my last night's refund minus "Fees" and "Taxes", so I didn't even get back the 1/3 of my stay. The last night was a Friday, so that should have been more than 1/3. Talk about making London a bad experience. The only thing this place has going for it, is the location to an underground station. It's worth double the money, not to stay here.
