Ealing Town Hall (1888). Architect: Charles Jones. Situated on the Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 London, United Kingdom. The wing sightly recessed back on the right-hand side (partly obscured by a black lamp post) is a latter addition to the original building. Part of the upper building and roof was badly damaged some years ago by fire. Behind the tree on the far left at the back of the offices is the Victoria Hall. Original council office building still stands 500 yards further east on the same side of the road.
Roman Catholic church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Windsor Road, Ealing, London W5, seen from the northeast. Completed in 1869 as a Methodist church. In 1986 it became a Roman Catholic Church for west London's Polish community.
Original lamp standard dated 1905. Manufactured by Gallender Company Limited, London. This lamp post has been given protection by English Heritage and listed as Grade II. Situated at the junction of west end of Park Hill at the point it joins Mount Park Road, Ealing W5, UK It is part of Ealing's original electric street lighting system which started in 1894. In the background is an example of the current style of black-gloss lamp posts which started to be installed in 2007.
