Hotel was in a fantastic location. There was an issue with the AC in our room, but staff were quick to move to another room once we made them aware. Fantastic shower. Would certainly consider staying here again.

The hotel location is excellent. Stones throw away from Leicester Square and surrounding areas. Plenty of dining options. The room is clean and spacious, bed is very comfortable. Malik in reception and Cyril in breakfast area are highly recommended. Excellent service.

Very noisy in room 201. We heard bass booming all night until midnight. Unable to change rooms. Would never stay here again. The room was $400 a night and not worth the amount!

Hotel room where I have is close to the lift and it is quiet to stay in that you can hardly hear any noise from the most busy street in Piccadilly Circus & China town Staff were all really helpful with happy smiling face that you feel home! Every where you may want to visit are within walking distance or can be connected via tube station very nearby! Overall , excellent hotel and I highly recommended it

When we checked in we were given the last room available. It had no working heat or air conditioning and dirty towels were left from the previous guest. The night clerk told us he didn't know why the hotel rented the room when they knew the ac wasn't working. I'm trying to switch us to a new room the next day, the clerk showed us four additional rooms that she said were cleaned - none of them had been cleaned and all had guest belongings in them. Our eventual room was clean and fine. However - way too much aggravation and hassle to get there.

Great location but the hotel could use an update reno. We had cracks in the wall in our bathroom and paint was chipping in places. Also noticed the carpet in the room was dirty. Asked the front desk for a taxi reservation and they were unable to help us after o it is gone one contact.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Piccadilly. Very clean and friendly helpful staff. Our ac was not working during our stay but we had fans & were hardly in room anyway. Maintenance happens no matter where you travel, it didnt affect our stay at all. Would highly recommend, great experience

The first night we were assigned a room without air conditioning - on the hottest day of the year - on the pretext that the hotel was full (doubtful judging by the number of people at breakfast). Two noisy fans moved the air for a bit of relief (all windows were sealed with floor to ceiling plexiglass). We were moved the next day, so had to repack. Second day housekeeping ignored the "do not disturb" sign to refresh the room - interrupting out naps. On the third day we had to evacuate due to a fifre alarm.

Located in a very central part of town which is surrounded by the worst types of souvenir and tourist trap stuff. Churro cart right outside of front door along with all the smells and busker noise of Leicester Square. Rooms are busted up and carpet is disgusting. Bed not comfortable at all and AC hardly worked. Elevator broken so 1 lift for entire building. When toilet overran, no service available to help sort it out. Service is overwhelmed with issues all the time so nobody can get help. Drinking water in the lobby has dirty glasses 24/7. Really not a good experience at all.

Do not stay here!!! We checked in and went to our room. No air conditioning. System broken down… no advanced notice that the ac was broken. Did not tell us at check in. Windows do not open. Double locked. Put a fan in a 30 degress roasting room. Not good enough!!! Could not find another room as they were fully booked. Second night they moved us to a new room. One elevator was also out of order… the area is nice… that is all good I can say.
