Large apartment completely restored and furnished in Tuscan style with terrace and independent garden. The house has a living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with shower and two rooms for a total of 5 beds and a shared swimming pool with the other apartments of the "Casapasserini" farmhouse, boasting a breathtaking view over the Mugello valley .
In the middle of the green Tuscan Apennines, the nearest village about 10 km is Londa, where you can find various services, post office, bank, tobacco bar ....
Just 45 km from Florence, Siena about 100 km, about 50 km you can visit the Eremo di Camaldoli and the abbey of Chiusi della Verna, about 45 km you can visit the beautiful Casentino Forest Park, where You can make beautiful trips on foot or by mountain bike.
The nearest sea is that of Cervia about 100 km, while instead Viareggio is about 150 km, just 30 km away you can visit 2 beautiful castles, the Castle of Romena in Stia and the Castle of the Counts in Poppi.
The farm is surrounded by nature with beautiful and evocative views, you can go hiking and walking, both on foot and by mountain bike, suitable for families with children.
