At check out time they started calling at 12:25 to check out every 5 min they called. Staff Manager Amarth was very rude, started arguing. No room service nthng. We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experience"
