Every single staff that I have come in contact with has been wonderful. I had a terrible cough the night of my arrival, the guy at the front desk offered me hot tea with lemon and mint. My experience has been awesome and I will definitely stay when I come back.

Quite a pleasant hotel

The hotel was fine and I had a very pleasant stay, but the A/C wasn't always working, and the hot water went out one morning. Other than that, no problems.

Hotel Onomo is a lovely property! A first-class hotel, nicely appointed with a very attractive lobby that showcases Togo's culture. The restaurant had a varied menu and the food was delicious. The rooms had modern features and the outer courtyard and pool area were very inviting. The staff was very pleasant, approachable and helpful. I recommend it highly!

The staff speaks good English and is super helpful. The check in process was painless and the room was super clean and nice. There is a small pool at the back of the hotel but I didn’t use. The breakfast selection is rather less but it’s still good considering where I was. Great hotel ! I enjoyed staying there.

The welcome, the stay, the room, and the staff were excellent. I did not appreciate the fluctuation of the nightly price if the room. My friend who booked a room for the same nights had a lower price per night. If we had walked in the door to book the room, the price would have been lower yet again
