"The air conditioner was a little tricky to figure out, but other than that we genuinely had no issues. We felt very safe in our hotel and it was very clean! We especially enjoyed the water pressure and the comfortability of the bed! I really wish that I would have been able to try the spa, but due to construction and us having to leave Turin early, we weren’t able to. The rooms were clean and ours has a nice window with double doors to look out onto the street. Our travelling companions room had a balcony. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone. Be sure to eat at the restaurant next door - prices ate very reasonable with a good selection to choose from and 10% off for guests at the hotel.
