One hour drive from airport. Stay beach bungalow as it has amazing sunset view. Staffs very friendly. Breakfast spread acceptable. Lack of lights as the room is so dim I hardly can find stuff from my luggage. One thing I did not appreciate that this resort organized family event from corporate company just right infront of guests bungalows. There were dancing, games etc. Its just like carnival. The music from speakers are so loud all through the night disturbing hotel guests who needs to relax after came back from day activities. One of the staffs said its a regular thing this resort hosting other companies too especially during weekends.

I had a fantastic experience at the holiday resort in Lombok. The beach bungalow with a private pool exceeded expectations, offering breathtaking views that surpassed its 4-star rating. The staff, especially Syifa, were incredibly accommodating; they went above and beyond to celebrate my daughter's birthday on short notice, decorating the room and providing a complimentary cake. It's worth noting that encountering ants and lizards in most rooms seemed normal for the area. While the food met expectations for a 4-star hotel, the standout feature was the serene ambiance of the resort. Despite the wavy beach making it less suitable for kids. Leaving the holiday resort in Lombok is bittersweet; I'll undoubtedly miss the unparalleled views, exceptional service, and the overall tranquil ambiance. The thoughtfulness of the staff, especially Syifa, and the memorable birthday celebration for my daughter have left a lasting impression. I'm already looking forward to returning and reliving this extraordinary experience again and again.

Big resort complex with lush gardens, multiple swimming pools and direct access to the beach. Rooms were clean, comfy and of a good size with balcony, but doors and finishes a bit worn and tatty and in no way sound proof. Good selection for breakfast, but limited vegetarian choice on the dinner menu. Food and drink is pricey. Not a lot to see or do in the immediate area so you have to book transport /tours to go anywhere. Staff were pokite and helpful. The only downside was there was a party on the last night with an out of tune band playing at full blast which made the windows in our room rattle. After a couple of complaints the volume was turned down. Beach is clean and generally sandy, good for surfing when theres a breeze. 100m down the beach is a local bar called 'Nuf Said which sells cold beer and other drinks as well as fantastic local food and great prices -highly recommended. Overall good hotel but i was glad it was low season, i think that when its high season this would be a different story.

Amazing
Overall a very pleasant experience, clean and lovely resort with direct access to a beautiful beach as well as several nice pools. Breakfast buffet was nice too, just missing some vegan options.

I liked the hotel, it was great for a small family. They have a range of pool depths and places for kids. The overall cleanliness was great around the hotel grounds, however the kids play room was old and dated and not so clean. There was also some sort of rodent in the bathroom ceiling. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of variety and fresh crêpes, pancakes, tempura and eggs on demand. Room decor is aging but still good. Service at the hotel by staff were friendly and helpful. However service at the Gecko restaurant at the hotel was not good.

Well appointed and good facilities. Great that there are family rooms with 2 bathrooms and separate bedrooms on opposite sides of the living area BUT the family rooms are across the road so its a walk from those rooms to pool/beach area. Although well appointed, staff need coaching in service. Empty bottles/glasses at pool and staff present but not taking initiative to tidy up. Very well priced, especially for the facilities but could do better in service.

Really enjoyed my stay here. the grounds are beautiful and the pools are great. The staff are absolutely lovely. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. So much choice there is something for everyone’s taste. Items are topped up and replaced quickly. The pool bar is excellent and open later than the main swimming pool which does close at 8pm. So great for adults. We were first in the two bedroom units across the road but they are a bit tired inside and a bit far away from the reception, pool and restaurant. We asked to change. Resort was so accommodating and we were instantly moved at no extra cost to two rooms close to the pool. Housekeeping staff are very friendly, efficient and speedy. The grounds are beautiful, lush and clean. The pools are fantastic. The room was dated and worn, but spacious. There were a couple of maintenance issues, both were fixed soon after we called them in. The light switches are very annoyingly all located in one central console by the bed, we absolutely hated that. Breakfast was decent. WiFi was pitiful with frequent disconnects, slowness and repeated login prompts. We soon switched to mobile data. The location is a bit removed from restaurants and shops, requiring a ride to go anywhere. Grab rates here are significantly higher than in other parts of the island.

Overall a bit disappointing stay..
Pros: Friendly staff, spacious room and nice beach. Cons: wild animals (suspiciously mouse) are living on the ceiling and make noise during nights. Need to be controlled.

The grounds were beautiful, the two bedroom suite was spacious,and the restaurant and pool were a hit with the kids. Kids club was never open during our stay and WiFi was unreliable.

I would stay here again due to its excellent location on the beach. The property is older and this shows however we had a beautiful relaxing stay. One thing I would say is they need a smoking area as a non smoker I do not want to be relaxing by the pool smelling other peoples smoke. Selfish people smoking by the breakfast area while people were still eating their breakfast was wrong. Children being subjected to smokers was also disappointing. Overall we really liked this hotel. For value for money it was excellent.

The hotel grounds were very nice with lots of palms and greenery. The pool villa that we had was very nice clean and tidy and had everything for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly; however some of the restaurant staff did not have very good English speaking skills resulting in some erroneous bills being presented. These were always resolved in a friendly manner. Great swimming pool and facilities. Very enjoyable stay

The hotel was very nice and still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.On the negative The rooms were nice but the wiring was dodgy.Think the hot water system was on the blink because hot water was intermittent and low pressure.Maybe just had a bad room.The pool menu is in need of a revamp and the drinks always arrived warm.The breakfast catered mostly for locals.The pool bar in the south pool was rarely manned.New years eve meal was fantastic. The lobby staff organized to finalize our bill which we paid in full.Then produced another bill on checkout that they seemed to have missed.So quite unprofessional for a 4 1/2 star hotel.On the whole though still a great hotel with a great relaxing feel and great value for the money.

The grounds were beautiful and the pool was great. Buildings often were in need of repair. We were given twin beds, and had to wait two days for a king bed room to come available... There was an ant problem in both ours and the kids room, with evidence of termites. One day we waited 2 hours for food to arrive after ordering poolside. The hotel regularly ran out of pool towels and it was often a race to nab a sunlounge. Good location however, and staff very friendly, if somewhat unhelpful.

Nice property and rooms if a bit isolated. Good service and lovely staff. Not a beach for swimming. Remarkably, This is the first place we stayed in Indonesia not committed to reducing plastic. We were given 2 small plastic bottles and forced to buy more. They did have a water dispenser out at breakfast but put it away for the rest of the time. Please switch to glass refillable bottles.

This is a great hotel both for couples and families. We loved our bungalow near the beach with a great grassed area out the front. The room and bathroom were huge. We could hear the waves which was very relaxing. It has separate pool areas, one for the kids and families, and one for the adults. The only thing that could have made our stay better was for the afternoon/night the function was on the lawn, to have a quiet room to rest in would have been nice. The sound check went all afternoon and the walls were shaking. The good part was they were finished before 11pm. Will still be staying again!

I loved the room, staff, black sand beach, and the staff. I was not pleased with the fact that the kids club was not open during my 3 day stay. On the last day I went to reception and asked why was it closed and they said they would get one of the ladies from the spa to sit with my daughter. I asked if there were any kids activities and I was told no so I declined. My 5 year old is active and it would have been nice did the resort to have planned kids activities. There were alot of children at the resort.
