"Everything was fine except the hotels physical address and the address shown on the hotels.com map are not even close. 2 km away from each other. Contacted hotels.com to rectify the situation, but they(hotel) wouldn’t give me a refund according to hotels.com, and said they’d talk to the GM of the hotel to try and resolve it. "It said that breakfast could be bought at the hotel. But even though they had the most beautiful places for it, it was not possible to buy breakfast there. The hotel looks nice, but the price are about 35% to high for the standard there. It’s not like it’s in the mountains but have a view to it. There was almost no guests there. "This is a sprawling hotel/resort. It covers a huge area with a mix of accommodation options. From rooms to corner rooms with expanded balconies, living and sitting areas and villas enabling families to stay together. It is not, though, wheelchair or disable friendly. As the resort is built along ridges lines to afford views, there are a lot of steps and uneven paths. "When we arrived at our cabin we had to call to have the ants and water cleaned up. Also found that the fridge was not on a separate power supply so if you left for the day your drinks would be warm and ice Melted. However reception did give us a second card to leave the power on."
