"The cabin was great. Comfortable beds is always a plus. The hot tub was perfect once I figured out the heat setting. The host was great to deal with as we had a couple easy questions for them. We told friends about the place and they've already booked for October."

"I didn’t like that I wasn’t made aware of this $100 cash deposit (I would get back after housekeeping verified I didn’t damage, steal or smoke in this room) Luckily, I had it, otherwise I would be out of the $115/night because NO REFUNDS. I asked for a late check out upon checking in. Everything was okay until the next morning when the younger guy told my friend that we could not have a late checkout. First it was yes then it was no the morning of? Rude. Also be aware that after checking in and Getty keycard, the room I was initially assigned had ants crawling all over the walls and bed. They gave me another room across the hall but I’m pretty sure they were angry bc I told them. They never did acknowledge the issue. I have photos, tho. Just a terrible stay. Terrible treatment. Terrible business overall. Do not recommend."

"This place was amazing! They have thought of everything! We had a party of 9, 5 were kids. There was so much for them to explore...they slept well! Speaking of sleeping well, the beds are super comfy! Highly recommend!"

"Upon entering the room I was hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. The shower rod did not seem to be fitted properly to the shower, leaving a hole in the drywall where the rod did not fit.when leaving to get something from the car, the door handle came off in my hand. I had to turn the knob, then pull open the door using the deadbolt. One of my kids found a vape left behind in the dresser. Staff was quite rude at first, and we initially were told that we would not be able to have our door fixed. I was told that if I chose to leave because I felt unsafe, I would not be refunded my money. The manager also accused me of smoking in the room when I had been out with family for the whole evening. The only positive was that we did not find any bedbugs. Upon looking at other reviews, multiple other people mentioned a similar problem with the door handle coming off."

"All was excellent, had 1 maintenance issue which occurred after 9:30 pm on the final night. I Told staff upon checking out the next morning. Room 228 sink drain line was disconnected. Too late to call for a fix, simply moved garbage can under the p trap. Desk clerk offered to discount the stay until she saw it was booked through Expedia. Nice offer but it did not negatively impact our stay at this property. All staff was friendly, smiling and greeted upon passing any in the halls or front desk area. Suggestion: replace toilet in that room. It is so small, a 2nd grader might feel comfortable on it imo."
