"Really liked many aspects of this hotel. I was there in the winter for a visit to one of the many yards that calls Makkum home. Restaurant and service was two highlights and the view from the room was great. Bed and bedding, not so much, the team would need to switch things up for me to sleep well with both feeling dated and bedding not fitting well to the bed. "

"Accommodation was fine. Lovely little pub 5 min walk from property. Only problem was getting the key from reception as they said didn't seem to know we were arriving. They also couldn't find the key after speaking to the owner, eventually gave me the spare key but it was a bit stressful at the time. I must point that this was reception's fault and not the owner of the property."

"This is a cozy cottage if you are just looking for a simple upgraded camping experience. Unfortunately the cabins aren't advertised very accurately, and reviews are scarce, so hopefully this helps someone know what to expect from their stay. "Wir hatten alles in allem einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Hütte. Allerdings wäre es schön gewesen vorher zu wissen, was einen erwartet. Das im Inserat erwähnte "Badezimmer" ist kein Bad sondern ein Campingplatz-ähnliches Sanitärgebäude. Fließendes Wasser gibt es in den Hütten nicht. Für die Küchenzeile ist ein 10L-Wasserkanister vorhanden. Damit lassen sich Kleinigkeiten gut spülen und auch Zähneputzen ist möglich.
