"The hotel is sparkling clean. The staff was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is modern. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Our room has a sliding door and balcony. The price was very reasonable. Noting that the Air Conditioning in our room (307) and our friend's room (109) was undersized and did not cool the room. Fortunately, the outside night air got cooler so we opened the balcony door to cool off the room."

"Our (family with 2 kids under 12 y.o.) stay was very nice. The responsible person at the hotel was very helpful with our requests and made some very nice suggestions during our 4-night stay. The junior suite was nice, warm and clean. Our younger son, 7 y.o., loved his own bed area under the staircase. The home-made breakfast was very nice, too."

"I think “Luxury in Theologos” is over stating the case. The view from the villa is awesome - second to none. We enjoyed cooking outdoors and using the grill. Our focus was not really on the villa. We had some great family time together - that was our focus. The villa, however, is starting to look very tired. Broken showers, little to no hot water, badly maintained swimming pool (unusable last 3 days), worn out and shabby fixtures and fittings. The plumbing is sub par and smells. Wild dogs wonder freely around the property day and night. The area is quiet as advertised but the local beaches and restaurants are below par and make it hard to justify the price charged for the villa. It’s not 5 stars more like two or three stars."
