The "Julenhof" holiday apartment in Loitz is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway in nature. Access is via 12 steps. The spacious 90 m² apartment features one bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with two pull-out sofas (each 140 cm wide, suitable for 2 people each), an open kitchen, a sofa bed in the hallway (149 cm wide), and a bathroom with a shower, accommodating up to six guests. A private sauna is available under the apartment and can be used for an extra fee.



The private outdoor area includes a garden, a covered terrace, seating, two sun loungers, and a gas grill.



The 400 m² fenced garden is ideal for dogs – they are warmly welcome here. Please note that, as dogs are often guests, this accommodation may not be suitable for people with pet hair allergies. Nestled in the peaceful Peene Valley, also known as the "Amazon of the North," this spot is perfect for nature lovers who enjoy tranquil walks and river views. The area is also popular for fishing. The Baltic Sea at Lubmin is about 45 minutes away. The islands of Rügen and Usedom, as well as Rostock/Warnemünde and the Darß, are about an hour’s drive.



Due to the rural location, Wi-Fi is suitable for basic browsing, but may be limited for video calls or HD streaming. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Homemade products are offered.
