In one of the highest points of Porto San Paolo located on the ground floor of a small residence called \"La Rosa Dei Venti\", this ideal solution for families up to 4 people, with magnificent views of the island of Tavolara, is an excellent starting point to discover the beaches of North - East Sardinia.
The apartment consists of a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom (double) and an internal bathroom with washing machine, in addition to the living room with sofa bed.
The veranda overlooking the sea for exclusive use is complete with furniture to relax and have meals, there is a communal swimming pool freely accessible with sun beds available in the house.
Communal pool always available and free parking on the street.
