"Wir hatten diese Wohnung bereits im letzten Oktober für zwei Wochen gemietet und schon damals mit der Höchstnote bewertet. Nun hat sich das äusserst sympathische Vermieterehepaar, Maria und Pietro Marcuccia Altea, aber noch ein grossen Zusatzpunkt verdient, denn sie haben die ohnehin schon bestens ausgestattete Wohnung in der Zwischenzeit nämlich noch mit einer Klimaanlage ergänzt. Diesen zusätzlichen Luxus haben wir sehr genossen, denn so konnten wir in den kühlen Morgen- und Abendstunden...

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, ruhigen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in Casa Magnolia. 5 Min mit dem Auto zum nächsten Ort mit Supermarkt, Cafés und auch zum Strand war es sehr nah. Allessandro, der sich um die Anlage kümmert, war immer schnell da, wenn man Fragen hatte und war sehr hilfreich. Waschmaschine, Aussendusche, Garten - alles war da. Nur der Netzempfang ist schlecht, für home office nicht geeignet, aber im Urlaub sollte man ja auch idealerweise nicht zu viel im Netz surfen sondern...

"Unser Appartement in Vista Village war nett - Standard Italienisch. Mit Kleinkind würde ich nicht mehr dorthin gehen , da die Fußwege je nach Appartement doch sehr lange sein können, es überall Stufen gibt und der Pool nicht kindersicher ist . Es gibt kein WLAN außer am Pool und an der "Rezeption" (welche keine ist - das Büro ist außerhalb) , die Klimaanlage geht nicht kälter als 25° und es gibt keinen Backofen . Unsere Probleme wurden nur teilweise gelöst"

"We really liked the house. The view is amazing and the restaurants are all in walking distance. The homeowner is so nice and we appreciated the opportunity to come late in the evening as our flight was late. The Self Check in is easy and in the house you find everything you need. "Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, der Ausblick von der Terrasse unbeschreiblich . Es ist alles da , was man braucht. Der Strand ist bequem in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, dieser war aber schon ganz schön voll. Das Meer ist klasse, man kann ewig weit reinlaufen, total klar, einfach super. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bzw. dessen Sohn total unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen"

"Die Lage und der Blick sind ein Traum und entschädigt die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Im Haus muss einiges renoviert und modernisiert werden und eine Klimaanlage wäre wirklich eine Bereicherung. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem wohl gefühlt und die Vermieterin Maria ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie war immer sehr bemüht und versuchte alle Mängel zu beseitigen. Eine positive Überraschung war, dass es doch WLAN im Haus gab. Wenn es irgendwann eine Klimaanlage gibt kommen wir...

"The property was just beautiful, the electric wall sockets needed attention which was addressed immediately. But the major thing was that the address of the accommodation given, is not the correct one for the taxi drivers!! I’d precooked a return to the airport and the taxi went to the address on the website which is not correct, it cost me another €50!! On top of what I’d paid."
