A large bay window gives access to your private terrace not overlooked with garden furniture, electric plancha, sun loungers and parasol. Upstairs awaits you a 10m² bedroom on the mezzanine with a 140x190cm bed, an adjoining bathroom with shower and vanity unit. The toilets are also accessible from the bedroom but separate from the bathroom.

This seasonal rental is ideal for a couple's stay with beautiful excursions planned: the banks of the Loire are only 1km from the gîte allowing you to go for walks, by bike (Loire à Vélo circuit 2km away) or by boat thanks to cruises departing from Saint-Mathurin-sur-Loire. Visit the picturesque little villages on the banks of the Loire such as St Mathurin-sur-Loire, La Bohalle, Le Thoureil, Les Rosiers sur Loire... A little further away is the town of Angers, 30 minutes by car or 15 minutes by train. Saumur is also 30 minutes by car and 20 minutes by train.

On foot, by bike or by train, the location is perfect for a car-free vacation! 2km away, the village of Saint Mathurin offers many amenities: restaurants, bars, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, bank, hairdresser... Also to do nearby: visit the Loire castles (Angers, Saumur, Montsoreau, Brézé, Brissac-Quincé, Serrant), Doué la Fontaine and the famous Bioparc, the villages, dwellings and troglodyte cellars.
