"Absolutely beautiful place overlooking the sea. Bedrooms are a bit small and only a small shower for 3 bedrooms in the main house. We were also surprised to learn that the owner still uses an office on the side of the house which led many of his clients to walk past directly in front of the property. A bit disappointing as it was clearly disturbing our privacy. Communication was good, heavy check-in process where we had to walk through each room and detail everything that was in each of them...

"This does appear to have once been a grand hotel, but it has since been neglected. While the entrance area and staircase still look impressive, the room was in poor repair, with a dated 1980s/90s feel. However, it was spacious, with a Nespresso coffee machine and two BBC English channels. The breakfast room was grim and the food average. Overall, too expensive for the poor quality. The hotel desperately needs money spending on it."
