Beautiful cabin

Property was very clean. Loved that each bedroom was a suite. It’s in a great location, near many of the trails. Would 100% book again if we’re back in this area.

Great setup for family fun

Great location. Everything needed for 1 or 2 families. Hot tub on the porch overlooking the woods was a big hit with our kids. We will be back. Thanks!

FANTISTIC PLACE

WE REALLY ENJOYED THE PLACE, LOVE THE OUTDOOR FIREPLACE AND HOT TUB. GAME ROOM AND THEATER ROOM ARE AWESOME. LOVE THAT 3 COUPLES EACH HAD A KING BED AND AWESOME BATHROOMS ATTACHED TO THE BEDROOMS. WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE OWNERS AND THE HOUSE. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING FOR EASY DRIVES BUT LIKE THE LOCATION IN THE WOODS, SAW DEER, THAT WAS A NICE TOUCH.

Fall Couples Getaway

Our overall impression of this cabin is excellent. The log cabin itself is extremely clean and extremely well maintained with all the comforts even better than my home. One piece of the cottage that we really enjoyed was the outdoor fireplace on the deck with the rocking chairs we sat by that each night. Our four-legged deer friends visited us as well. The only thing that I would point out and it is super minor is the couch es in the main gathering space are not as cozy for watching a movie or gathering around a fire, and again that's a super minor point. Overall a great stay for a fall gathering of friends.

Sorority Sister yearly get-away.

This is our 9th year to go to the Hocking Hills area for a two night stay. We have stayed in 8 different cabins and this is by far our favorite cabin. It is spectacular! I called the owner as I had a question and he could not have been nicer and ask me if there was anything that could be improved on. He was very receptive to my couple minor suggestions. My 5 Sorority Sisters and I have decided that this is "our" cabin for years to come.

House in the hills

Made the best memories in this home celebrating my 50th birthday! The house was beautiful with a full bathroom for each bedroom. Exterior furniture was top notch with high quality rockers, chairs and swings. Interior had excellent mattresses in all the bedrooms with a very nice solid dining table and benches which was great for board games. The movie room was amazing with high quality seating for six people. The front room couches were disappointing, they were IKEA grade and kept moving and coming apart. The couch and pillows were the only disappointments of the trip especially for the amount of money that was spent to stay there. Other than that, I would definitely rent there again.

Surprise 70 th birthday with friends

The cabin was perfect in every way. The location was close to the state park and wineries. The cabin had everything you needed plus was very clean. Sitting outside on the porch with the fireplace going made for a perfect night. The movie theater and jacuzzi made for a cozy night. Highly recommend for a big group.

3 day couples meet up

Getting from the parking area to the property is not easy. The house is large and clean. Has basic cooking and minimum appliances. No extras at all so bring everything you need to make anything to eat. Beautiful set up for outdoor space and hanging out. Take the lower level if you need a cooler space as it will get no where near the temperature the other levels do. All messages are answered quickly and taken care of if possible.

Almost perfect

Everything was great. We only had a couple very minor issues. We ran out of propane for the gas grill. I contacted Ryan and he had a new tank delivered very quickly. The light under the microwave was burned out. I’m certain Ryan would have corrected if I had asked. Depending on wind direction, there was a septic smell blowing across the back deck. This was intermittent and very minor. The driveway is steep but not an issue in the warm months. You can park up top if it bothers you. Everything else was fantastic. We had 3 couples and there was no bad bedroom pick. They were all equally desirable. The WiFi was a little weak. We were all overall very happy with our stay.

Perfect cabin in the woods

We had an incredible two night stay in this cabin. Plenty of room inside and out. The cabin was beautiful and SO CLEAN! 10/10 recommend!

Everything we need to relax and have a awesome stay

This beautiful cabin was exactly as pictured and described. The cabin was pristine and well stocked with towels, linen, throw rugs, blanket, toiletries, dishes, utensils and cooking ware (e.g bowls, pots & pans). The floor plan was perfect for my family, we could all be together while eating, watching t.v., playing games, and enjoying nature outside. We loved the hot tub it was so roomy. We also, had a great time sitting on the porch in the rocking and gliding chairs at night. The teenagers spent most of their time in the movie theater and game room. I loved all the on-suite bathrooms, it was like our own spa oasis with the jet tub and elegant decor in the showers and flooring. The bedrooms had more than enough space for multiple people to get a good night’s rest. There was an extremely cozy and spacious loft perfect for quietly reading. We especially enjoyed ending our last night making s’mores at the fire pit. Lastly, the host Ryan was phenomenal. He was extremely responsive to my questions and made me feel like his only concern was making my family feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this cabin.
