This hotel is very family friendly and very accessible. The free breakfast is a huge plus! Eating area is clean, and staff are always available to help. Our room was very clean and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Parking area is well lit and safe. I definitely recommend this hotel to families.

Customer service gets me every time, and that’s what you get from check in to check out. Everyone was smiling—made eye contact and was friendly. We needed some extra help from housekeeping and they came through. Older, yet renovated property, well maintained. Nice breakfast. Just don’t park where the sprinklers hit your car—very hard water spots. Great experience overall.

It is an older hotel but kept up well. The room we stayed in had a strange layout. The bathroom included the toilet and shower. The two bathroom sinks and countertop were in the hallway right when you walked in the door. There was no privacy at the sinks and mirror since they were right by the beds. Overall the room was neat and the staff were helpful.

Clean rooms no issues walking in. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is always a good when on a trip but the staff had something different every morning, stayed 3 days and the hot items different each day. Ample parking at this location.

Property was ok for a 2-3 star hotel. There were holes in the walls, weird smells everywhere, and over the 2 day period we were there the garbages in the hall were overflowing most of the time and the maid cart was in the hall on our floor 80% of the time. Breakfast was fine, and the lobby was clean. Hot tub bubbles didn’t work, pool was cold, TV in room was small. Fine for a quick stay, I wouldn’t stay there for more than a couple nights max.

The hotel/room/beds are clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Location is very convenient. The overall experience is good. The swimming pool is cold and hot tub is dirty. We didn't really use the pool - too cold to swim. They didn't heat up the pool at all. If you have kids and expect to use the pool, you should go somewhere else.

If you add an additional adult to be able to check in the staff will assume your 2 rooms need to be separate. When I went to check in I reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights (2 adults 3 kids) they couldn’t locate the other room because they split them. One room was on another floor, luckily they didn’t their best to correct it and put us on the same floor. The room stunk so bad you almost threw up. The front desk offered Fabreese but requested the bottle come back. The next day front desk clerk came into the room and confirmed the horrible smell. She did her best to rectify the issue however no refund or credit was offered. The room became the luggage room due to not being able to stand the smell. The pool was nice.
