Great location and comfy house!

The house has lots of space and it's a great location for all the hiking in Hocking Hills as well as dining in Logan. It was comfy and clean and had everything we needed. We loved the hot tub after hiking all day!

Relaxing and comfortable stay!

Large home compared to other properties in the area for a great price. Plenty of delicious food nearby and VERY close drive to Hocking Hills! Beautiful scenery in the area! We enjoyed our stay, and would come back again.

Love this place

We are a group of friends ages 74 to 90 who come to Hocking Hills for a girl's trip every year for the past 4 years. This is the nicest place yet, Enjoyed the hot tub. Location is perfect for us and our activities. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice little getaway

This was a very clean and neat place to stay. Lots of room for the 6 of us and we loved the hot tub! Our host was extremely quick with responding to any questions I had! Would highly recommend this place to spend your time at while visiting Hocking Hills!!

Wonderful home with great proximity to all the trails, Lake Logan ( which was a great hit after a day of hiking!) and to many nice restaurants and stores. Would highly recommend!!

Cute, clean, spacious.

Overall this was a very nice home to stay in. Everything you need was provided. The hot tub was definitely nice after a day out hiking. The driving distance to the state park was about 15 minutes. We enjoyed watching a movie on youtube at the end of the night on the big tv in the common space. Would recommend staying here!

Great place, close to everything!

It is a nice little cabin close to Hocking Hills State Park, Walmart, and downtown Logan, OH. It was clean and cozy! We enjoyed our time there. There are restaurants close by that you can walk to. We definitely recommend it, and we will be back!

Cozy and comfortable retreat!

House was clean and updated. Gave a cozy home atmosphere. All amenities were as described in the ad. Close to town and all the things Logan offers for out of towners. The perfect place to get away for a few days to relax. Thank you, John, for a great mini vacation.

Nice Mini Vacation

We were traveling Ohio and stayed in this lake house as a central location for our trip. It was less than an hour from COSI and two hours from Amish Country which made it nice for our purposes. The furniture was super comfy and the kitchen had everything that you needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub! Shopping and restaurants are nearby so there was something for everyone in our group.

Nice house

Very clean. Flat drive and just a few stairs made it easy for someone with a cane to park and get to the house. Everything we needed to stay a few days and enjoy ourselves.

Awesome!

Very clean and a great location! We absolutely loved our stay here. We went hiking at Old Mans Cave, rented a pontoon, did a zip line tour, and an escape room. At night we all watched a movie in the living room. Great coffee nearby and we really like the Mexican restaurant that near the house. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Amenities were great. Struggled with the Wi-Fi a bit because it wasn’t posted which option was the right one for the property - they had only posted the password. However after some trial and error we did get it figured out and had a great time!

Clean and roomy

Home was very clean and plenty of room to spread out. Perfect for a girls weekend. Host was responsive. Location was perfect to go to the craft show (was sort of a bust- I don’t recommend) and the Medieval festival which was literally right across the street so we walked. There’s a bunk bed in one room, but I don’t recommend an adult stay on top since it’s a little rickety.

Hiking weekend w fam

We had an amazing stay for our long weekend for our family of 5. (3 college kids, so 5 adults!) Super clean, cute, spacious property, comfy beds, reclining couches to put your feet up after hiking, covered deck w hot tub w privacy, everything you need in the house. Pictures don’t do it justice. Location is perfect, right near highway, 10-15min drive to Hocking Hills hiking, restaurants, ice cream, mini golf and grocery nearby. Wormburner golf was fun. Cool coffee shop. Fav nearby restaurants Millstone BBQ and 58 West. We’d highly recommend! :) Thank you!!

Loved it!

This house is a cute little place to call home. John called it “Granny’s place” and it had that warm welcoming feel to it while also being immaculate. It’s simple on the outside but like home one the inside. The master bedroom is a queen and the other beds are full, so full beds were a little tight for our tall kids but, nothing that breaks a vacation. The kitchen had what was needed and the ice maker in the fridge was great for a 95degree week. Kids went to fish down the road nightly and the girls sat on the beach and read. We rented a pontoon and it was SO worth it! The owners own a little gun and bait store right next to it and my boys rated it TOP notch. Had all the best baits in a smaller size place without the fluff. The hot tub was nice in the early morning, the only time it was cool enough! But after some hiking it helped. So much to see nearby. The Adventure Golf was a hit with the family and there was an antique mall and Dutch deli type place around it too. Recliners for everyone in the living room! So comfy.
