Terrible communications. Requested checkin instruction 3 times each of the 3 days before my arrival in Poland without any reply. I had to phone the office when I arrived in the city 2 hours before checking in to find the apartment and get instructions for access. Then the instructions and codes given were incorrect and I was locked out of the apartment block. Was unable to get through on the phone, just got a Polish voicemail message, but was eventually able to get the problem solved on WhatsApp. When I finally got into the apartment it was different to the one I booked. On the positive side, the apartment was clean and everything was well equipped for meeting my expectations and needs siring my stay. A very stressful experience turning up in a Polish city with no instructions to find and access the apartment and unable to speak Polish to sort It out.
