"We loved it here. The building is a bit older and some of the electrical didn’t work. Other than that it was amazing. Super clean, right on the lake, spacious, and convenient. The washer and dryer were great for lighter packing. They provide the basics like cups bowls plates and silverware. The location was the very best part! "We visited the Dells and ate at the restaurant overlooking the lake and saw the kids in the water. I decided on our next trip we would stay here. It was after Labor Day so the lake did not have the inflatables, so that was sad. We will have to come back next summer. The pool was open outside. And that was an added bonus because most hotel pools were closed in mid-September. I liked the access to the lake even though we did not go in the lake. We just sat by the beach. There is a fire pit for use and you can buy wood. I will do that next time. The view from the hotel of the lake was fun. Next time I would rather stay in a tiki room. The price isn’t more. The hotel was clean. You can tell it is an older hotel and some places were worn, but honestly that is sort of the charm. It was build before the big resorts was a thing. For the price it was a good place to stay. I would return."

"Keep your expectations reasonable. You can't beat the price, but of course, you get what you pay for. The vending machines have no diet options. It may smell like either cigarettes or weed at the times, and you may hear your neighbors getting it on, but at the end of the day, the beds are comfortable, the shower works great, you get nice clean towels, and I would definitely come back. As a solo traveler, I would say it's probably better for solo travelers or even couples looking to save a few bucks and have a comfortable place to sleep."
