"Clean, Nice view, Great staff, very close to the beautiful Beach "

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "

"We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. Breakfast was OK."
