The cozy, modern furnished 1-room apartment is located in the high-floor of the house with a separate entrance through the terrace (high terrace) and has a living room with double bed, small table with two armchairs, TV and radio with CD player. From the living room / bedroom you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. There is a walk-in closet spacious. In the corridor area is a well-equipped kitchenette with integrated 2-burner stove and refrigerator. A large bathroom with shower and toilet. The sunny, furbished south facing terrace promises a great partial ocean view. A free parking space for one car is available on premises. Likewise, a beach chair (May-September) is on the beach included. Sheets and towels are not provided. Pets are not allowed.

The apartments are located in the mezzanine and the attic and have thereby lies the house on a mountain, a panoramic sea view. The stop of the Usedom resort railway is about 600 meters away.
