"I checked in and around 3 AM. I woke up to what looked like roaches crawling on me. After my panic died down, I went to the reception desk and notified them about the roaches. She came and checked the room and immediately gave us a room on the third floor. A few hours later when it was time to get ready for the wedding. The towels in the room were dirty, the complementary shampoo was completely empty. Luckily, I bought an extra towel from home which was supposed to be a pool towel. The room had a stale smell. This was a horrible experience. The receptionist made the experience a little better. But coming from a 13hr drive just to be woken by bugs set the tone for the weekend."

"1st Staff was s sweet as pie, this goes beyond them, our room was suppose to be an ADA unit where you have a walk in shower, Oh I got that, But now I have a toilet designed for a child sitting on the ground HOW does a person with a bad back sit on that? to enjoy my weekend, I had to an purchase a raised seat. Oh I went down to ask f this was their ADA unit, and I was told if you wanted a walk in shower No,thier ADA unit has a tub, WHAT? You are kidding me, Right? Now both breakfast and dinner was COLD, Im not crazy about cold eggs, or cold tacos. Please discuss what ADA guidelines are because this place DOES NOT know what they are. Mary Watts "

"I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay at this hotel about 15 minutes by their shuttle from ATL. Donna at the front desk honorrd my request for a nice, quiet room by giving me an end room on the back side. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, and everything I used worked well.The breakfast was adequate, and the morning shuttle was right on time. Overall, I would recommend this inn as an economical alternative for value-minded travelers."
