Wooden terrace exhibition, living room and 2 bedrooms facing south.

Completely renovated, bright house, warm and sober decoration.
Barbecue at your disposal.
Enjoy the terrace in the evening in the evening and for breakfast.
You can borrow one of the 5 bikes at your disposal to pick up your bread, croissants and morning newspaper, go for beautiful walks or go to the beach.
You like tennis == courts 50 meters away.
At the fishing port from 4.30 p.m. arrival of boats with landing of fish and langoustines (La Demoiselle de Loctudy).

We had a very relaxing week here. The garden was sunny and secluded. Great to have use of the table tennis. Loctudy harbour is very close with several excellent restaurants and a great patisserie. The local beach was lovely and quiet, great for families. Inside the house was spacious, modern and comfortable.

Urlaub mit vier Teenagern funktioniert in diesem Haus wunderbar. Einsatzbereite Fahrräder sind vorhanden, so dass alle unternehmen können, was sie möchten! Strände sind nicht weit und auch abends gibt es in Loctudy etwas zu erleben. Die Umgebung bietet zudem viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Wir waren im Juli mit unseren Kindern (15 und 18 Jahre) zwei Wochen in Loctudy im Ferienhaus von Frau Sartre. Sehr freundlicher und verbindlicher Kontakt, schnelle Reaktion, auch bei Fragen im Vorfeld. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Für uns ein wunderbarer Ferienort. Hervorzuheben: Ausstattung, stilvolle Einrichtung, Fahrräder, Tischtennisplatte. Lage und Umgebung. Kleinere Maläse wegen des „Geschäfts“ vom Nachbarhund wurde von Frau Sartre schnell und befriedigend geregelt. Haus/Ort eignen sich hervorragend für autofreie Anreise: TGV bis Quimper, Bus bis Loctudy, Bushalte 5 Minuten, gepflegte Fahrräder am Haus, vor Ort alles für streßfreie Tage, schöne Region - man muss gar weit weg und wenn: Busse ins Umland, Autovermietung auch tageweise im Ort.

Une semaine tres sympathique malgre un temps plus que mitigé. La décoration est charmante et le petit jardin très joli. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la très belle terrasse. Mais dès que le soleil pointait le bout de son nez, nous pédalions jusqu'a l'océan. Le paysage est magnifique et le ciel somptueux. Les vélos proposés avec la location sont un vrai plus. C'est une adresse que je garde et que je conseille.

La maison de Corine, de par sa luminosité et son jardin, nous a permis de nous ressourcer toute la semaine. Très calme et très proche de la plage, les ballades aux environs ont été très chouettes . Je recommande !

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit Garten und vielen Blumen. Geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. In Summe hatten wir eine schöne Woche im Bigouden mit den fantastischen Naturstränden und dem typischen lokalem Essen. Sehr empfehlenswert! Cornelia & Frank

Wir haben uns in dem schönen und ruhig gelegenen Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Terrasse liegt idyllisch im Garten integriert, einfach toll. Der Hafen und der Strand liegen in der Nähe und sind mit den Fahrrädern vor Ort (wir haben zwei benutzt) optimal zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieterin lief prima (vielen Dank an Frau Satre). Wir haben uns bestens erholt und können das Häuschen und die Umgebung nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in der Bretagne verbracht. Das Ferienhaus in Loctudy war sehr schön, entsprach unseren Erwartungen und ist ideal gelegen für die Erkundung der Bretagne. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht, von hier aus die Bretagne erkundet und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Madame Sartre war sehr nett; es gab eine kleine Überraschung zur Begrüßung und im Haus gibt es alles, was man so braucht, bis hin zu Toaster und Wasserkocher, Grill und Grillbesteck. Auch die Fahrräder waren klasse; eins praktischerweise mit Einkaufskorb. :-) Das Haus steht am Ende einer Stichstraße in einem Wohngebiet mit Einfamilienhäusern; überall blühen Lavendel und Lilien; im Ort gibt es mehrere Bäckereien und tolle Restaurants und einen Hafen mit drei Fischgeschäften. Noch praktischer wäre es, wenn auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher da wären, aber dass dies nicht zur Verfügung gestellt wird, steht ja schon in der Beschreibung - man kann sich also drauf einstellen. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter und kommen sicherlich auch gerne wieder, wenn es uns mal wieder in die Bretagne zieht. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen in Loctudy. Das Haus hat alles was wir erwartet hatten auch geboten. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die Fahrräder, die es ermöglichten das Auto einfach stehen zu lassen und alle Erkundigungen auf 2 Rädern zu machen. Corinne war eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin. Gerne wieder.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war völlig problemlos und immer sehr zeitnah. Das Haus entspricht vollkommen der Beschreibung und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Eine kleine Überraschung stand zur Begrüßung bereit :-) Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit Fahrrädern, Tischtennisplatte, Schlägern und Bällen,... Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Un grand merci à Mme Sartre pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et ses bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter. Super séjour dans ce havre de paix baigné de lumière et posé dans un cadre verdoyant. Rien ne vient déranger la quiétude des oiseaux. Location à ne pas manquer. On se sent comme à la maison ; rien ne manque ; bonne literie. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
