Typical Breton farmhouse surrounded by a quiet and wooded park. At the entrance to the village of Locmariaquer, a 10-minute walk from the center of the village, you can rent bikes or go around the gulf by boat.

The house is new, with 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, bathroom, 2 toilets, and a very sunny architect's living room upstairs with its kitchen and dining room, a room full of charm and very bright.
