Enjoy an exceptional stay in this magnificent air-conditioned villa for rent from Cocoonr/Book&Pay, located in Locmaria-Plouzané, close to the beach. With a surface area of 240 m² spread over two levels, it can accommodate up to 12 guests and has six bedrooms, including two independent suites, all with uninterrupted sea views. There is also a spacious 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen and four bathrooms with shower and bath. The 1,200 m² garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi offer unforgettable moments of relaxation. The accommodation is as follows:
Garden level :
- A 60 m² living room, equipped with a television, a large corner sofa, a glass coffee table and a grand piano.
- A dining area perfect for enjoying a good meal, with uninterrupted sea views from the bay windows.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., and lovely sea views.
- A fully-equipped utility room with tumble dryer and washing machine.
- A suite with a king-size bed (180×200), en suite bathroom (bath), separate WC and wardrobe.
- Two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180×200) and wardrobes, sharing a dedicated shower room with separate WC.
- A final suite comprising a shower room, a separate bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200) and a shared area within the suite with a king-size bed (180×200), separate WC.

Each bedroom is equipped with bay windows giving access to the garden and spa, providing abundant natural light and a beautiful opening onto the outdoors.
Three WCs are located on the ground floor, separate from the bathrooms, one of which is in the entrance hall.

Upper floor:
- A spacious suite with a king-size bed (180×200) including a shower room with walk-in shower, a WC separated by a door, a wardrobe.

For lovers of fine wines and spirits, the villa has a spirits cellar offering a selection of red, white and rosé wines, as well as rum, whisky, vodka and gin. This cellar is available at an additional cost, and will be invoiced at the end of your stay if any drinks have been consumed. Prices are displayed in the cellar.

For optimum comfort, the owners have carefully selected additional equipment such as a barbecue, high chair, ironing board and iron, video projector, two cots and a Bluetooth speaker.

- This villa has several terraces totalling 100 m², offering plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the idyllic setting. Ideal for al fresco dining or socialising with family and friends, these terraces are furnished with garden furniture and a brassero, creating an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and peaceful evenings.
- Take a dip in the private heated counter-current swimming pool (5.20x2.30m) or relax in the eight-person Jacuzzi. These facilities are available 24 hours a day, all year round, for an uninterrupted wellness experience. A panel system protects the pool when it's not in use, ensuring easy maintenance and safety. And you'll enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea as you relax.
- The pergola, with its comfortable garden furniture, is the ideal place to enjoy your meals or relax in the shade.
- The 1,200 m² south-facing garden lets you enjoy the sun all day long. You can also relax on the sun loungers, enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, or prepare delicious meals in the kitchen area with barbecue. The automatic garden lighting creates a pleasant atmosphere in the evening.
During the winter period (from mid-October to the end of March), the garden furniture is not available to ensure that it can withstand the elements (rain, frost, moss, etc.). However, the chairs on the upper terrace are still available.

The villa is ideally located in Locmaria-Plouzané, in a very quiet, private and discreet setting. Restaurants and the Trégana beach are just a 3-minute walk away.

Activities :
Take advantage of the region's magnificent beaches for water sports activities such as surfing and paddle boarding. Explore the GR®34 footpaths for coastal walks with breathtaking views. Discover the local heritage with sites such as the manor house of Kerscao and the chapel of Saint-Sébastien, and visit Algoplus in Roscoff to discover its expertise in edible seaweed and take part in tastings. For families, entertainment and leisure facilities are available.

- All children swimming in the pool are the responsibility of a parent. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
