"Lovely house in a quiet location with great facilities. We appreciated the second bathroom. Nicely decorated to make the house look like it was a traditional French house. The only negative thoughts are the beds were a bit hard and the wind blew down the chimney leaving downstairs smelling of wood smoke. It's a shame bedding isn't included in the price as we would expect in the UK. The housekeeper was very nice and helpful. We would unreservedly reccomend this house for a holiday."

"A very beautiful and traditional cottage with a lot of rustic charm and original features. We were lucky enough to hit some prime weather and the local beach, which was indeed very popular with the locals, is a few minutes walk away and not too busy. There is a Casino supermarket not too far away and some great bar/restaurants in the new complex at Port Haliguen which was walkable. "Tour de l’île sur 5 jours (GR340). Location d’une voiture qui, finalement, s’est avérée indispensable (bagages, courses, étapes GR, etc …). Deux arrêts de bus non loin de la loc. mais la fréquence des bus, certains jours, est faible. Restent les paysages à couper le souffle, des souvenirs pleins la tête. Un hébergement plein de charme, le confort nécessaire, dans un coin très paisible. Nous reviendrons ! "

"Très bien sauf qu'il manque un livret d accueil et que la concierge a pris seulement quelques minutes pour donner des explications. Elle ne savait pas comment faire marcher la wi fi et ne nous a rien expliqué sur le fonctionnement de l electro menager. D où l utilité d'un livret d'accueil avec aussi quelques informations sur la region, les supermarchés etc. A part cela, la maison est superbe. Cordialement"

"Maison agréable, très lumineuse et bien située. Le jardin est assez petit mais très bien pensé. La cuisine dispose de beaucoup d’équipements. Chambres plutôt petites et assez peu d’espace pour ranger ses affaires. Le studio avait visiblement été totalement oublié niveau ménage, et pour le reste de la maison, la propreté laissait quelque peu à désirer."

"This rental was absolutely wonderful. The location was one of the best on the peninsula, with a private path to a creek and beach, and walking distance from the market, stores, port, little restaurants, gorgeous walks. You do not need a car to enjoy the area. The house is well furnished, practical, and gives you a sense of a family home rather than a rental. Veronique was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful in addressing any queries we had about the house, surrounding area and local activities.
