"The property was good beds comfy we were there to catch-up with friends so only really used it to sleep in . "Spent the weekend here as a group for my sisters hen weekend. The photographs don’t do the facility justice. The house was amazing with so much character!! The staircase, aga and fire were fantastic!! Set in such a peaceful space with excellent grounds for kids and big ‘kids’ to play games. Plenty of space and rooms were an amazing size and comfortable! Would def book again for a large group activity weekend!! "

"Hotel was excellent value for money being in the centre of the town. Staff were very accommodating. I was traveling on my bike and they accommodated storing it securely overnight. The best bit about the hotel is the evening food. They have a very good chef, and a decent menu. The food presentation is very good and tastes excellent. I had the balmoral chicken one night and the slow cooked beef the second night. Both were excellent. It is far better than the surrounding eating restaurants that offer basic burger and chips."

"The cottage was really cosy and comfortable with everything you need. I found it to be very well equipped and the owners even decorate it for Christmas. There are some wonderful views surrounding the cottage, including the loch. An excellent place to relax and I would highly recommend. Also great communication from the owners."
