"The hotel, location, staff, facilities and services were all first class for our two night stay, as should be expected at a five star. Our room in the Auld Hoose, was exceptional, with complimentary mini bar and snacks, full satellite TV, roll top bath and beautiful furnishings. Dined at the Tavern and the Cameron Grill, which were both excellent. Live acoustic entertainment both nights in the Tavern and The Great Scots Bar, which provided a great atmosphere in the evenings. Room service for breakfast was a great relaxing way to end our weekend so we didn’t feel rushed out the door. We didn’t use the in house pool or cinema but they are great options. "

"Absolutely fabulous cottage in stunning location. Decor was amazing, loved attention to detail, cottage had everything we needed for our family trip. So quiet and peaceful. Communication with host was excellent, we were able to check in earlier and check out later, which really added to our stay.Lovely walk into Luss. We ate in Lomond Arms Hotel, food was delicious and staff very helpful and attentive. Brilliant weekend making wonderful memories.
