"We had an excellent stay here the host was very responsive and helpful! Check in was simple and easy. We stayed for 8 nights, The house was Amazing plenty of space for our group, the second living room was very nice to have a separate space to watch movies or getaway from the group if you need a minute. There was plenty to do inside they have a pool table, pacman, board games, kids toys, 2 living rooms for your entertainment. It was unfortunately over 100 degrees for our stay so we spent most of our time indoors with the AC. We went mini golfing at a nearby place but left early due to heat the place also had a water obstacle course which we went to twice and was lots of fun. There is lots of caves and other things to do around too. It was a very nice place for our little kids. We got to see an armadillo in the front yard and a few lizards too which was cool! Outside they have a sandbox, playset for the kids, several kayaks and a canoe, a decent swimming area, fireplace, Very nice front and back porch and a charcoal grill. All and all we had a great time and I would recommend the property for your vacation especially if you have little kids. Feedback for the host we ran out of trash bags on our 6th day leaving a couple more out for longer stays and those with kids would be helpful, The upstairs master bedroom could use a lock on the door and the basement door could use a doorknob that isn't so easy for a toddler to open.Thank you for having us and for your hospitality!!!"

"Amazing property! Wonderful views! 10/10 would go back! The only thing to be warned about is the driveway, definitely need 4wd but we had that so we had no issues."

"Very clean place and loved the view! The only downside is there were only 4 towels for 2 days with 4 adults so we had to reuse our towels after being in the river which isn’t ideal. Wish we would have known to bring extra or have access to washer/dryer."

"It is a nice clean hotel. Just the very basics. Good for just a 1 night stop. Staff was very friendly, helped us move rooms when a barking dog was next to us. Not a fan of allowing pets. Especially when owners leave them alone."

"Loved the view. Place was beautiful sitting out back. Enjoyed the ducks coming up. Only complaint i really have is we got there maybe 15 mins early n wasnt able to get in. Never had a vrbo not let me in a lil early but the host was reachable n offered to unlock. Even got a deal on another night! Would definitely book again!"
