Outside, a spacious furnished terrace invites you to enjoy outdoor meals and long barbecue afternoons with the mobile barbecue available. An umbrella provides shade on sunny days, while the beautiful garden with natural grass offers a peaceful space to relax. Additionally, a chill out area with comfortable seating is perfect for moments of rest and contemplation. You can park at the house, with parking for 2-3 cars.



Inside, the rooms are decorated with rustic charm and offer a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The typical natural stone walls add character and authenticity to the house. The kitchen-dining room, open to the living room, is equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious meals, including a wood-burning stove and ceramic hob, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Modern amenities include Wi-Fi connection, television with local channels, central heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has four comfortable bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and two with a trundle bed. In total, this house offers 3 bathrooms with shower and there is a hair dryer. For families with small children, a high chair can be provided upon request, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. – Extraordinary cleaning or accumulated garbage: if the property is left in a state of excessive dirt or accumulated garbage.

– Failure to comply with checkout time: departures after the established time without prior written authorization from the host.

– Occupancy and events: celebration of unauthorized parties or accommodation of persons not registered in the reservation.

– Damage and misuse: breakage, damage or misuse of facilities, appliances or equipment. In this case, the amount will be calculated according to the cost of repair or replacement.
