This is quite a new hotel and so the facilities are in good condition. I had a large room with a comfortable bed. The front of house staff are utterly delightful and helpful. Again I’ve booked accommodation in an industrial area! But the hotel is nice and clean, friendly bilingual staff. Good parking. Nothing around it food wise (or anything) so you have to go into La Louvière. I would use it again though

for what it serves, generally does the job. the restaurant service is extremely!!! slow. given it is the only option in the area, it is a problem.

Breakfasts each morning were delicious. This was the only place we stayed that didn't provide daily make up of the room so we were surprised. Overall a pleasant stay.
