I don’t understand the lack of reviews for this hotel. Like the city it’s based, a hidden gem that deserves way more recognition than it currently gets. I’ll definitely be back again. "

"We felt mislead by the pictures on Expedia. It looked amazing and it said it was a 4 star resort. It was neither. We literally looked for other hotels to move to in the middle of the night because they had a pool party that was so noisy. The room was absolutely horrendous. The suite had two levels. The living floor’s ac did not work and they could not fix it. The lower level felt like a dungeon. The only positive is that the front desk people (we dealt with two) were nice and tried their best. It felt like they were alone in there. We did not see any other staff at all. Overall, We had a horrible experience there and we absolutely feel mislead and robbed of our money. "
