Peaceful Seafront Location – Casa Es Pí

  • Just 30 meters from the sea, Casa Es Pí is set in a quiet spot on the outskirts of the small town of Llucmajor. This holiday home, built in traditional Mallorcan style, features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The house provides everything needed for children, as well as Wi-Fi, a fireplace, and a TV. Outside, surrounded by pine trees, you can enjoy relaxing days thanks to the fresh sea breeze, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Restaurants, bars, shops, and Cala Pi—one of Mallorca’s most beautiful natural beaches—are just a 20-minute drive away.



    Please note that on the fully independent upper floor live my mother, her partner, a cat, and a very small dog. For this reason, we kindly ask you to be respectful and avoid making noise so as not to disturb the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; during this time, if you wish to be on the terrace, you may use the rear terrace and continue your activities as usual.



    Late arrivals after 10:00 p.m. may incur an additional charge. Please contact the host via the booking platform before arrival if you expect to arrive late.

We had an excellent visit at this property. We chose this location specifically because it was in the path of the August 12, 2026 total solar eclipse. Keep in mind that this is a residential neighborhood in Cala Blava. This is not a tourist location. There is one nice restaurant on the main street within walking distance of the house. There is one very small, but intersting beach between rock ledges within walking distance of the house, Caló Fort. The communication with hosts was great. The house is well-appointed with a spacious living area. There are covered outdoor seating areas on all sides of the house to stay out of the Sun and, hopefully, in a Mediterranean breeze. The house is not on the water, so there is no direct view of the Bay of Palma, but the adjoining street, Passatge de les Dames, is a nice walk with great views. A short hike at the end of that street brings you to an isolated bluff with amazing views. We were there during a severe European heat wave, when daily and nightly temperatures were 12F (7 C) above normal. There is no central air conditioning, but the host has many fans, and we were able to sleep comfortably. We had one issue: a slow-draining shower, and the host took care of it immediately. We spent some time with the hosts talking about the eclipse, and they were so nice. It's a short drive to a small neighboring town, S' Arenal, the airport, and Palma. The eclipse was wonderful! So happy we stayed in Cala Blava.

Pros: Sehr ruhige Gegend. Sehr nette Vermieter. Haben bis 23 Uhr an der Finca gewartet (geplant 20:30uhr) Sehr schöne Buchten vor der Haustür (30sek laufweg) Schöne Terasse. Taxi nach S'Arenal (nächstgelegene Sandstrand kostet nicht mehr als 8-10€. Wir sind meistens hin gelaufen und mit Taxi zurück. Cons: Eine Dusche hatte keine Kabine und nicht genug Gefälle im Boden. So dass über den gesamten Aufenthalt der Boden sehr eklig nass war. Hier müssen sich die Besitzer unbedingt etwas überlegen. Der Klo-gang war jedes mal dadurch mit Ekel verbunden.
