I was unhappy that there was an additional charge of 42 euros to use a cot. When booking the hotel I would expect all fees to be included and thought this was a lot of money for a cot. Also, air con in the room was turned off even though temperatures were high and we had a baby who was extremely restless in the very warm conditions.

Room size is okay, swimming areas are good and very relaxing. Gym is nothing to write home about, most of the equipment are old and not working well. Treadmill was not working. Internet is not that good in the entire property. Couldn't connect from my room unless i go downstairs. Good Food, same thing everyday not much varieties but food everywhere so you have something to eat at anytime, no water in the room, too bad, i nearly shocked. In summary a good hotel, but a little overprice for Spain

Excelente hotel en todos los aspectos muy limpio zona tranquila con buenos show nocturnos una excelente area de piscina y un buen trato quiero agradecer a todo el personal en especial a Raúl llórente Carmen Aurelio Laura y Sabrina no recuerdo el nombre del muchacho de bar muy atento

Staff very friendly, nothing was too much bother, no big queues being all inclusive. Rooms spotless.
