Spring Break

A very quiet and relaxing week spent at Christian’s home. We really enjoyed the private yard with the grill, heated pool, and hot tub. A great place to spend quality family time.

Superbly well equipped Villa with everything you need. Kitchen had everything, outside gas BBQ was superb too.Easy check in and good communication from the host. Worked great for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool, heated to take the edge of at the end of October, and whilst not massive it was enough.

Very pleasant stay

Very well equipped place to stay. Lots of kitchen utensils and had a homely feel. Lovely clean pool and jacuzzi. Very nice garden. Private parking behind secure gate. 1 or 2 cafes and food stores in local town, in walking distance. beautiful scenery. 30 ish minutes from airport. Cot was ready and waiting for us on arrival (and highchair). Would highly recommend.

Nice place with good facilities

Christian's place is well equipped with everything you will need. Cala PI has a nice beach in a cove. Voted beach #7 of Mallorca. Only negative aspect is the building noise which starts early and goes on all day. This is not the owner's fault but it does spoil the transquility

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet.Es gab viel Beschreibungen im Haus, wie alles funktioniert,was uns das Zurechtkommen sehr erleichtert hat.Vor dem Haus ist sogar ein Fußballplatz und Basketballkörbe was auch genutzt haben.Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und sauber.Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig.

Bei der Ankunft war alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche war überdurchschnittlich gut bestückt (Kochgeschirr, Gewürze,Öl, etc.). Whirlpool und Swimmingpool waren bereits auf Wohlfühltemperatur voreingestellt. Wenn das Wetter einem dazu verdonnert zu Hause zu bleiben, ist das in diesem Hause überhaupt kein Problem. Wir haben uns in den 12 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt unseren wieder buchen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war außerordentlich gut. Hört sich fast wie eine gekaufte Bewertung an, aber es war wirklich so!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt im Bungalow mit unseren beiden jugendlichen Söhnen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet – inklusive Waschmaschine, Trockner und top funktionierender Elektrogeräte. Besonders gefallen hat uns die schöne Terrasse, die klimatisierten Räume sowie der gepflegte Pool mit Whirlpool.Ein Highlight für die Jungs war der Sportplatz direkt am Haus, auf dem sie Fußball und Basketball spielen konnten – das hat für viel Abwechslung gesorgt.Die Lage ist ruhig, im Ort selbst gibt es mit der Cala Pi eine schöne Bucht, die allerdings recht voll sein kann. Für größere Einkäufe fährt man ca. 20 Minuten zum Supermarkt, kleinere Läden gibt es aber direkt vor Ort (wenn auch etwas teurer).Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können den Bungalow absolut weiterempfehlen!

Schönes Objekt.Interieur muß permanent gepflegt werden.Entfernung zum Strand 1350 m.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten per Auto gut zu erreichen (20').Verbindungsaufnahme zum Verwalter vor Ort nicht so gut...Erholung war sehr gut!

Alles war super. Bis auf den kaputten Glastisch (gefährlich wenn Mans nicht gesagt bekommt) und den direkten Ausgang zum Garten/Pool. Diesen konnte man nicht öffnen und musste ständig aussenrum gehen. Trotzdem hatten wir in dem Häuschen einen super entspannten Urlaub. Danke an den Gastgeber!

Bezaubernde Unterkunft

Wir (2 Pärchen) durften Silvester 2024/25 in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbringen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der beheizte Pool, der Whirlpool, die Fahrräder mit denen man bequem zu den schönen Buchten fahren kann und der Heizstrahler über der Terrasse wodurch man auch kühlere Abende bequem auf der Terrasse ausklingen lassen konnte. Vielen Dank dafür wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Anlage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Aussenbereich. Der Pool ist Mega, die Terrasse, der Whirlpool und auch die Tischtennisplatte wurde viel genutzt. Die Schlafräume sind sehr schön mit guten Matratzen. Wir haben dort alle sehr gut geschlafen. Die Badezimmer sind nicht ganz so schön. Als wir ankamen, war die Toilettenbrille kaputt. Sie wurde sofort repariert. Das war super, aber bei der Reinigung hätte man es bereits bemerken müssen, was vermuten lässt, dass die Toiletten nicht gereinigt wurden. Die Duschen müssten auch mal richtig geschrubbt werden, da dort viele braune Stellen auf den Fliesen sind. Man würde sie wieder schön bekommen. In der Küche kam Wasser aus dem Gefrierrschrank, weshalb wir immer ein Tuch davor liegen haben mussten und bei der Toranlage brauchte man viel Geduld, da sie oft erst nach dem 10. bis 15. mal drücken reagiert hat. Das war etwas nervig und schade fand ich auch die abgezählten Handtücher. Bei 14 Tagen hätte ich schon gerne mal wenigstens 1 Mal ein Handtuchwechsel gehabt, gerade weil wir super Wetter hatten und viel am Strand waren und auch jeden Tag geduscht haben. Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten, deshalb kann ich es voll weiterempfehlen. Kleiner Tipp, am Dienstag ist in der Cocktailbar Life Musik, was mega schön ist, aber man muss einen Tisch reservieren, es lohnt sich aber. Und was anzumerken ist, die Wege zum Einkaufen sind weit. Man ist eigentlich immer 30 Minuten für eine Strecke unterwegs.
