Very clean and good selection of food .... bar closes at 12 and there is no other bars close by so have to get a bus or taxi to bars

Some of the staff were lovely, including those at the breakfast buffet. Air con in the room worked, but not fully. Clean bathrooms with all the amenities, and a shop on the front door. Location is a bit far out from anything, but it’s a short cab ride from S’Arenal.

This hotel was great for the price, the drinks where all good, Smirnoff vodka, Bombay Gin, & lager was lovely, breakfast really nice, lunch & dinner quite basic but did the job, the staff are so friendly & the rooms very clean, would definitely return for a cheap short break

A nice stay
Was a good stay for four night. Food was good with a nice range, not as warm as we would have liked at times but to be expected with the amount they were cooking for. All staff were nice and animation team did a good job. Night time entertainment was okay. Overall great value for money
