The exteriors are very beautiful. In front of the construction, with an ibizan air, you have a wonderful chlorine private pool, 8 x 4 m and 0.6 to 1.8 m depth. Next to it, there is a space where to enjoy the sun on the 9 sun loungers or a drink, as well as a furnished porch. Then, a terrace invites you to have breakfast or make barbecues in the fresh air.

Inside the house, there is a lovely living-dining room with satellite television, air conditioning and wooden stove. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob. Both stays have access to the outside.
