Beautiful relaxing stay,

Beautiful relaxing stay, hotel is in a quiet location. We had a car so could go around the island, if you are staying for more than a few nights a car is recommended. BBQ buffet on the Wednesday night was excellent and would recommend. The room we stayed in was a good size, a nice large bed, with an area that we could sit out. Only problem I could see was that in the sitting area, people did walk past so was overlooked, other rooms did not have this problem and it wasn't really a problem for us. We were happy with the room but after speaking with hotel staff, if you are unhappy with the location of your room they will move you if there is space. Really can't fault the commitment of most of the staff to the hotel. If I could pick fault, I would say when breakfast gets busy the service does go down due to the amount of people needing to be served. getting there before the rush does make a significant difference to the service you get.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location! The complimentary shuttles into Palma and to the beach were a wonderful extra. The Hilton Sa Torre is very relaxing and inviting.

Relaxing hotel with lots of charachter

We spent a week at the Hilton for our first family holiday with our little baby girl. We enjoyed a very relaxed week there staying in a deluxe garden room with views of the chapel. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, as you can see from the many pictures. The staff are very welcoming and were genuinely friendly.. we enjoyed chatting to Sonia (PA to the general manager), she was always friendly and gave us some good recommendations of places to visit on the island. We liked the fact that breakfast went on until 11am, the selection is very good and was always a highlight. You definitely require a hire car to stay at his hotel as it is quite a distance from any restaurants or shops, so expect to travel if you don't want to eat at the hotel. There are some decent restaurants in Llucmajor, so it's worth trying them out. The only other downside for us was that the outdoor pools are not heated (we were there in May), the indoor pool in the Spa is only open for kids for 2 hours between 10 - 12pm, it would have been nice if there was another opportunity to use the pool as this was part of the reason travelled there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it - it's a unique hotel with lots of charachter and friendly staff
