"We have just had a lovely 4 nights here and found it to be perfect for what we wanted. We had a room on the 8th floor with pool and sea view. The room was a good size and very clean. The shower was good and the air con worked well. Check in was straightforward and the email instructions to download the up key app to enable us to use our phone to unlock our room worked well. Staff in all areas were very helpful and welcoming. Due to the location being up quite a steep hill this would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems but is in walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The bus stop is also close by and costs just €2 to go to Palma. Food was fine at brunch. I would stay here again. "

"The Hotel 🏨 is in a quiet area of Arenal, the bedroom was clean and a reasonable size. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bar was good and prices were reasonable. My flight time was before breakfast time so can’t comment on it. I would recommend."
