"We booked a 1 bed apartment to sleep 4. The room was all set up for arrival with sofa bed and single bed in the lounge and double bedroom. Plenty tea coffee and biscuits. The room was clean and in good condition. Kitchen space was a little basic if you wanted to cook a meal. We didn’t cook but I noticed we were missing a sponge to be able to wash up the mugs we used (nothing major) and there looked to be an electric stove thing in the draw if you wanted to cook in the pans provided. The fridge was a decent size for a hotel. We ate in the restaurant one night and were pretty disappointed in the food especially for the price so opted to eat elsewhere the following nights of our stay. Breakfast was fine and something for everyone. Cereals, fruit, yoghurts, typical English fry up to help yourself to. There were vegetarian options on request too. It did feel like they had skeletal staff on in the restaurant and at breakfast. But the ladies working there were all really helpful with anything we needed and worked none stop. "

"This is a lovely hotel with great views and is also dog-friendly (which is why we originally chose it). The standout element has to be the service — Leah and the whole team are incredibly welcoming and put in next-level effort to ensure we had the best stay. If you’re not staying at the hotel but in the area, the new bar is super recommended! There are some lovely pubs but it’s definitely going to be a top spot. We’ll be back this summer for sure now. "The apartment had everything we needed. It is quirky and has lots of antique and eccentric furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the 5 bedrooms are a good size, especially the master and ensuite. The lounge area is massive with a cosy fire and 3 comfortable sofas and has a bar area too. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything we need to cook for a larger family gathering. The large dinning tablw has views our to Criccieth Castle and the sea. There is also dedicated parking area that can accommodate 3 cars. The apartment is per friendly. We woould love to visit again. "

"It’s so nice and peaceful there but needs updating desperately the owners are lovely the pod we stayed is not good u don’t get any sun the trees surrounding it cover it where as I like the sun"

"We have just returned from a fabulous 4 night stay where everything was just perfect. The thoughtful design and attention to detail in the accommodation is superb, there was nothing that hadn’t been thought of or provided. Nicola and John were the perfect hosts, welcoming and available but not intrusive at all. Would highly recommend, and look forward to staying again in the future "

"Please be aware there is NO SITE PARKING. Hopefully the owner changes this toggle upon reading this review. Honestly, I had almost rated this flat as 4 star because it is advertised with parking though there is none, but it was so clean and perfect I had to give 5 stars. If your lucky you can find a space to park in the loading zone across the street between 5pm and 10am but locals park there too. Luckily, we found a little area behind the antique store, but if we hadn’t we would be paying £11 per day. "
