Cozy apartment situated in a very quiet area in Lloret del Mar, around 700m from the beach, close to restaurants, pharmacies and shops. This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava! The apartment (42m2) is situated on the ground floor and has a maximum capacity of 4 people. It is part of a quiet development with communal garden and pool and has access to parking.



It consists of a living room with tv and sofa bed for 2 people (110 x 190cm), with direct access to a large terrace of 25m2 where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine). There are also 1 double bedroom (135x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.

The apartment has no air conditioning.

No youth groups.

This property is only rented to families. Reservations of people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Pets are allowed on request and with supplement.

Bon emplacement du logement, prÚs du centre, des boutiques et restaurants.La plage est à 5min à pied Le logement au rez-de-chaussée avec terrasse et piscine parfait et d',avoir une place de parking est une facilité à Loret.Piscine grande et propre avec un petit jardin pour se poser c',est agréable. La literie du logement inconfortable. La banquette du salon est trop dure

Pas génial

L'appartement est bien situĂ©. Proche de la plage et du centre ville. De plus il dispose d'un parking sous terrain et d'une belle piscine. Par contre, Ă  l'intĂ©rieur ce n'est pas la mĂȘme chose. Les joints dans la salle de bain sont moisis, des chaises de la terasse sont cassĂ©es, il n'y a pas de parasol sur une terrasse exposĂ©e plein sud. Nous avons signalĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e qu'il y a avait une fuite d'eau sur la terrasse. Un technicien devait passer et personne n'est venue. Nous avions de l'eau partout toute la journĂ©e. Mais le pire Ă©tait la literie. Tous les ressorts dans le dos dans le lit de la chambre et ne parlons pas du " canapĂ© lit " du salon qui mesure 110 cm de large pour dormir Ă  2 ! Avec en prime une barre en bois dans le dos. Nous l'avons bien entendu signalĂ© Ă  l'agence mais ils ne voient pas le problĂšme. Il est inadmissible de payer plus de 1000 € la semaine pour un logement dans un Ă©tat pareil.
