The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, and more. There is one bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) and a modern bathroom with a shower. Guests can enjoy the communal garden and pool, along with the option of using a garage for an additional cost of 30€/week. Optional air conditioning and heating are available for 50€/week, ensuring year-round comfort. The apartment is just 400 meters from the beach, as well as the city center, making it a convenient spot for shopping, dining, and exploring the local attractions. This property is ideal for families, as youth groups under 35 are not permitted. Pets are allowed on request with a supplement. With its great location in the charming town of Lloret de Mar, this apartment provides a comfortable and relaxing base for your Costa Brava getaway.
