Beautiful modern style house with private pool and stunning sea views located in a very quiet residential area just 3 km from Canyelles beach, 5 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 10 km from Tossa de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Maximum capacity for 6 people.

The house has several outdoor terrace areas where you can contemplate the views of the bay and enjoy outdoor meals and dinners. The pool is private (8x4m). There is an outdoor parking area, private garden, and a children's play area. Portable barbecue.

Interior area of 166 m2 in an open concept joining the living room (TV), dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has a large island with a breakfast area, and is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). It has 2 double bedrooms (1.80mx2m and 1.40mx2m), 1 room with bunk beds and 1 study. In addition, it has 1 bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower.

Free WiFi.

Optional heating with a supplement: 50€/week.

This property is only for families. No bookings for young people under 35 are accepted.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is divided into three levels, connected by interior stairs, with a safety railing on the top floor (day area with access to the pool).

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval walled town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches.



Conditions for groups



- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

Views and pool Kitchen equipment - poor quality, difficult to chop vegetables with a blunt knife. Difficult to open wine bottles with a flimsy bottle opener. No kettle. Decking area needs refurbishing. shower room should have obscure glass. Insufficient towels and had to request pool towels

Great Stay

My family and I had a great stay in this place as the views and pool area are amazing. I think if they'd improve the check-in process by not having you have to go to a separate office and by increasing clear communication on where you pick up keys and that you have to rent sheets and towels from that office, it would be a 5 star stay. That said, we really enjoyed our time there and would recommend for a family looking to explore the Tossa de Mar area.

Das Positive zuerst: Schöne Aussicht, das Haus war sauber, problemlose Schlüsselübergabe, schöner Pool Jetzt zum Rest: das Haus ist in seiner Gesamtheit schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, angefangen bei den Möbeln bis zur Immobilie selber! zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr, Gläser und Tassen. Der gemauerte Grillbereich, ohne Grill, ist kaum nutzbar, weil die dortigen Gartenmöbel in keinem guten Zustand sind! Der am Haus stehende und zur Verfügung gestellte Grill war, im Gegensatz zu dem Grill in der Bildbeschreibung, ein billiger Discountergrill, der seine beste Zeit auch schon hinter sich hatte! Die Aussenmarkisen auf der Sonnenterasse sind defekt, interessiert irgendwie auch keinen, auf unsere Nachfrage sagte man uns nur, der Besitzer repariert die nicht, die Markisen gehören auch nicht zur Ausstattung! Fertig!!! Ab mittags kann man aber bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung leider die Terrasse kaum nutzen, weil es dort sehr heiß wird! Schade Den Eigentümer davon Überzeugen, etwas Geld für Modernisierungen in die Hand zu nehmen, denn so ist das Objekt, im Vergleich zu anderen Immobilien, zu teuer

Der Vorab-Check-In hat super funktioniert und Vorort war der Mitarbeiter sehr höflich und hat alles erklärt. Das Haus war sauber und hat eine tolle Lage und es ist genau so wie auf den Bildern. Handtücher werden gegen Gebühr ausgegeben, Bettwäsche muss man aber mitbringen. Wir würden es wieder buchen.
