Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house came incredibly clean, the check in and check out process was easy and quick, the amenities were a lot of fun, we particularly enjoyed the pool and the billiard table. Communication with the owner (Toni) was great! Very quick responses and super helpful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and host.

Vacances magnifiques, emplacement ideal car proche du centre. La villa est tres spacieuse et agrรฉable mais mรฉriterait un peu de rafraรฎchissement et de modernitรฉ pour le prix,c est dommage car c est une tres jolie maison. Ca ne nous a pas empรชchรฉs de passer de tres bonnes vacances, la piscine au top. Juste un bรฉmol, la climatisation manque , mรชme si les ventilateurs plafonniers sont presents ca ne suffit pas, les nuits sont tres chaudes! Merci au propriรฉtaire pour sa gentillesse et sa discretion!

Relaxing weekend

We went with a group of friends to spend the weekend and we had a blast. The house is located uphill which provides for excellent views and an amazing sunset. The amenities are great; the pool table, the futbolin and the ping pong table are all in good condition and we had lots of fun. The landlord, Toni, is a very nice host. He answered all my questions clearly and honestly.

Tolle Lage abseits vom Trubel

Das Haus liegt etwa drei Kilometer vom Zentrum Lloret de Mar entfernt. Es bietet ein sehr groรŸes Grundstรผck mit einem tollen Pool. Die AuรŸenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Zu der Zeit als wir da waren konnten wir Feigen vom eigenen Baum pflรผcken. Im Wohnbereich gibt es vier Schlafzimmer. Eines mit zwei Etagenbetten, eines mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, eines mit einem franz. Doppelbett und eines mit einem groรŸen Doppelbett. Im dem Raum mit den drei Betten gibt es leider nur einen Schrank. Im Raum mit den zwei Etagenbetten ist der Schrank auch eher fรผr zwei Personen geeignet, als fรผr 4. Aber als Familie ist es okay. Da kann man die Sachen ja auch etwas verteilen. Die Ausstattung ist einfach und zweckmรครŸig. In der groรŸen Kรผche gibt es ausreichend Teller und Besteck. Auch Tรถpfe sind genug vorhanden. Oberflรคchlich war das Haus sauber. Leider war das Geschirr nicht richtig sauber, was wahrscheinlich auch damit zusammenhing, dass die Spรผlmaschine nicht sauber spรผlt. Da sollte mal nach geschaut werden. Ansonsten alles gut und ein wirklich wunderschรถner Blick vom Balkon, den wir sehr genossen haben.

Ideal for golfers

Toni was a great host and explained the house and the area perfectly for us. His pin board with contact numbers and places to go was ideal. The set allows for a large party to stay at the house and enjoy the day by the pool and BBQ or return after the golf to relax and unwind playing pool or the other games provided. The sleeping arrangements cater for a large all male party in separate beds which is ideal for us golfers. The courses around the area are all within an hours drive so a full weeks golf is easily managed.

Le propriรฉtaire Toni est vraiment sympathique,disponible et de trรจs bon conseil pour les activitรฉs ร  voir/faire. Le quartier est situรฉ dans les hauteurs de Lloret de Mar, vues sur mer et montagne sublimes. Seul bรฉmol contre lequel personne ne peut rien, les aboiements incessants des chiens (surtout la nuit !). Merci encore Toni pour ces belles vacances en famille !

We were here for a 4 day stag party. The house offers all what you need to have a great time. If you just want to have calm holidays itยดs also a good place to spend time. Ottima casa per gruppi di persone, molto spaziosa soprattutto all'esterno. Obbligatorio muoversi con taxi/scooter altrimenti per arrivare in spiaggia a piedi ci vorrebbe un'oretta. Unica pecca รฉ la piscina che rimane un po sporca in superficie a causa di due alberi vicini. Tutto sommato ottima casa.

Pour commencer un grand MERCI ร  Tony pour son sympathique accueil, ses prรฉcieux conseils et sa disponibilitรฉ. Belle villa trรจs spacieuse, lumineuse et fonctionnelle. Son emplacement ร  5mn des commerces est fort pratique. Elle est relativement รฉloignรฉe du cล“ur de Lioret,(10mn) ce qui est pour nous un cotรฉ positif! Loin de la foule et du bruit... La piscine est tout simplement parfaite. Propre, sรฉcurisรฉe, spacieuse... que du bonheur!!! Seul bรฉmol...les CHIENS! Leurs aboiements nocturnes sont incessants... Comme toutes les maisons du voisinage sont gardรฉes par des chiens... Prรฉvoyez les boules Quies!
