Très bon moment passé en famille . 2 piscines au top pour les enfants jusqu'à 10 ans.Bar et restaurant qualitatif et bon marché. Très bon accueil et personnel souriant. Un rapport qualité/Prix au top 91euros/nuit mi-Juillet Seul problème , pas de volets au fenêtres , (Luminosité et chaleur très important tôt le matin), et pas de climatisation dans la plupart des logements.

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es gab alles was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Ausreichende Parkplätze vorhanden.

Les points positifs sont la qualité des équipements aquatiques, les enfants s'amusent très bien, ainsi que le personnel du bar, pour le reste c'est moyen, la chambre fait vraiment très viellot, c'est sale, sous le lit des moutons de poussière. des insectes dans la salle de bains. il est difficile de se garer dans leur parking et peu de place et en pente. cet hotel est trop loin du centre ville, loin de tout. et quand on voit qu'il est quasi impossible de se garer en centre ville on réfléchit a 2 fois pour sortir la voiture est sortir en centre ville pour une balade le soir sur le front de mer, c'est dommage. je n'y retournerai pas. A loret mieux vaut privilégier un établissement au centre ville pour bien profité de cette belle ville.

Bonjour, Appartement pas du tout adapté pour une famille, les interrupteurs sont bas, les équipements sont limites déguelasses, pour une ville ou il fait chaud je ne comprends pas qu'il n'y ai pas de climatisation, un ridicule ventilé dans la chambre qui ne fonctionne même pas. Honnêtement je déconseille fortement cet apparthotel. le seul point positif est la piscine.

Wij hebben echt een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Kamer was ook echt voorzien van alles om zelf eventueel te koken als je geen zin hebt om buiten te eten. De kinderen hebben zich echt goed vermaakt in de zwembaden en wij ook. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer naar terug willen gaan.

apartamento limpio ok para 1 noche

buena estancia en general puntos positivos: personal muy amable, poder aparcar gratis detrás del hotel en un descampado ya que en el parking del hotel caben 8 coches. Apartamentos limpios, zona muy tranquila. Wifi gratis. Minibus gratis que te lleva a la playa de Lloret. Las dos piscinas aunque son pequeñas y zona de tumbona se llena muy rápido. Puntos negativos a mejorar: el sofa cama en los apartamento de 1 habitación es muy incomodo. Hace muchísimo calor dentro del apartamento a pesar de tener ventiladores, no hay aire acondicionado. El check in es a partir de 15h y aunque te dejen usar las instalaciones por la mañana, la espera se hace larga y el check out es a las 10h30 no puedes disponer ni de 24h en el apartamento. Los horarios de hoteles siempre han sido de 12 a 12. Deberían mejorar este punto. En resumen lo recomiendo para pasar 1 noche no para más.

Felt as though I wasn’t welcome… not a good overall experience and things that should have been a possibility was impossible! I felt treated inadequate to others… atmosphere was very strange to say the least! The first holiday I can say I was glad to be home from… Yes times are hard for all at the moment and I expected change but a little bit of common decency wouldn’t go amiss. Felt as though I was almost punished for being British and my hard earned money wasn’t valued. Minimal service and had to ask for towels… not once in 6 days was our room attended too until the day before we left! Room view was overlooking dull green tree land… covered in ants and bugs! Sofa bed in lounge was filthy and underneath was dusty like it hadn’t been cleaned for years! Shower flooded out onto the bathroom floor each time it was used! Checked in late and I requested to switch immediately told you go back the next morning which I did and was told that they was full and nothing available yet others checked in afterwards throughout the week! Had to pay extra to check out late… only gave us till 2:30 although we had asked for longer but wouldn’t allow. Only one key given which was difficult if someone wanted to stay in whilst others went to the swimming as can’t get access otherwise and also electricity turns off so couldn’t leave phones to charge whilst out having only one key. When I complained I got spoken too dismissive and said they couldn’t understand and spoke to me with a “ What”!! Rude!

Très mécontent des responsables non respect des conditions de vente et aucun geste, de plus il y a 3 complexe d'appartement nous en avons fait 2 alors le premier n'ai bien sûr pas en photo et il est pas top, ventilateur au plafond en plus qui ne fonctionnait pas, chaleur étouffante, balcon nul on met juste le pied, appartement immeuble 1 et 2 spacieux, literie bien, gaziniere bien, bien aménagé, frigo trop petit pour une famille, 2ieme immeuble grand balcon terrasse, climatisation, le top est l'extérieur 2 parc aquatique pour les enfants, piscine, terrain 2 foot, 2 espaces de jeu, navette pour la plage, le Wi-Fi capte mal parcontre, 2 parking et places extérieurs, prévoir 2 cartes pour les familles car quand on enleve la carte sa coupe l'électricité donc c'est un soucis, personnel de la piscine sympas.

J'ai réservé récemment, une chambre à ELS LLORERS APARTMENTS. ils nous ont logé dans un appartement sale, une vue sur poubelle et gravats, pas de climatisation, or que l'appartement sur leur site qu on a réservé il y'a la climatisation et un balcon vue sur piscine. Affreux.

Endroit horrible,les photos ne sont pas réelles.les appartements sont enceins et ne dispose pas de la climatisation une chaleur étouffante ,des insectes par tout dans la chambre (des cafards)wifi payant dans l’appartement ,pas de balcon un petit coin de 20cm .Parking difficile dedans des petites rues ou sur des chemins défoncés avec risque d’abîmer sa voiture .loin de la plage et du centre ville.hotel a fuir,je vous conseil d’aller louer ailleurs .

Bar y piscina de 10 resto hay que mejorar.

Limpieza poca llegar y en contrarte el colchón donde va a dormir mi hija con manchas de orina,ya me dirán la limpieza que han tenido después de unos meses cerrados y poderlo adecuar a la apertura. Reclamar que te hagan la habitación porque supuestamente es cada tres días aunque en la página de hoteles.com ponga diaria (mentira)tenga que ir al tercer día por la tarde a última hora a reclamar que no han cambiado ni toallas ni sábanas ni dejar papel higiénico, ya me dirás. Y por último una targeta de habitación para todos lo veo un poco vergonzoso,porque para ir a la piscina necesitas la targeta y si te la llevas los que se queden en la habitación no pueden ver la TV porque no tienen la targeta,fui a pedir otra y me piden 5 euros a eso que le digo luego los devolvéis y me dicen que no. Lo mejor la piscina y la comida del restaurante y los trabajadores del restaurante que la gente de recepción le faltan un poquito de humanidad.

Give us 1 bedroom when we booked 2 bedroom. Staff were not bothered at all. Had to sleep in one bedroom for one night-4 adults 2 babies. Next morning staff didnt even apologies until asked to and eventually offered breakfast for 2 mornings after being asked by myself and expedia what they were going to do to fix the problem. They werent one bit bothered they jad messed the start of our holiday
