In the electronic locks link, you will find two doors: "STREET" and "APARTAMENT 1ºP"; these are the building door and the apartment door. You only need to press the padlock button to open either of the two doors. You can also open the apartment door by entering a code.
When you arrive at the entrance at number 25 C. Buenos Aires, go down the stairs to the lower floor, apartment 1ºP.
At the apartment door, enter the provided code, and when the knob sphere turns green, turn it to the right to open the door.
