The house is located near a campground.Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. You can rent umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as practice activities such as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing, and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food like fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants, and lovely beaches.Regulations and special bond for young people:A cash deposit of 150 €/person for houses and 75 €/person for apartments must be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure when it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.
